As someone that listens to the radio a lot, trust me Nigerian radio is not what you want to be listening to if you want to keep sane😂.

There's an entire generation with their weird ass archaic beliefs on there.

An abortion is a medical procedure first of all, it's simply that

It's your choice to choose whether you think it's bad or not

But I find it crazy that you're asking about her dying, as if the author didn't clearly speak about the procedure not being carried out by quacks.

Second of all, don't you think that there was a higher chance of her dying from a triplet pregnancy where there was no money on ground to take care of the kids, not to talk of complications in childbirth.

I'm honestly still forming my own opinions on abortion and all

But one thing I know is that if you're not financially or emotionally capable to have a child and take care of that child, Do not bring that child into the world.

If we don't address the root of any problem then we aren't ready to solve it.

The root problem isn't abortion or even having the children sef

The root problem is unprotected sex, lack of access to good healthcare, purity culture, a lack of responsibility and shame surrounding sex.

Lastly, the boy isn't the only problem, his family is a bigger problem, because tell me why they're hiding a father of 3 like he wasn't there when they were conceived.

I don’t think education was ever the problem. They know these things. They know rhetoric right things. They just don’t care

I saw post commenting on this and it’s intrigued me enough to know why my friend was pissed. Safe to say I’m pissed too.

All I have to say is that we have enabled stupid people for far too long and given them opportunities to prove to us that they an empty head and they lack empathy.

I wish the girl and her family all the best and hope that people really do help them out.

The world has a way of blaming women for everything.

If this 19 years old, raise the children on her own and they decide to despise the foolish boy, the world would still say that she raised them wrong and made them hate him…

I wish Child support was actually a thing in Nigeria

Abortion of a totally healthy fetus is wrong. Except the child has some congenital defect that would make them unable to survive once they're out, I wouldn't advice abortion. Instead don't so sex at all... The contraceptive pills are an option and are quite reliable but if you can't afford them, don't so sex. Seek Jesus and rest.

While I understand your side, the truth remains that pre-marital sex has always and will always happen.

Contraceptives fail,condoms break.

But after all is said and done, why bring children into a world where they can't be provided for. Financial needs can't be met, Emotional needs might not be met.

The world is harsh enough, why involve a new soul if you can't at least cushion them and protect them.

The involvement of a new soul starts with the act. So tired of preventing this from the root cause, the act should be avoided. Then try other birth control methods hoping you're not one of the unfortunate odds in statistics that OCPs fail and diaphragms break. I don't think killing a child you formed from your actions because you can't take care of them is a god solution when there were other choices you'd have made that wouldn't have led to their murder
