I have learnt to set hard boundaries for myself. I picked up my first book in 2 months last week and I am enjoying it. Even if it's 15 pages a day I am fine.

As we progress we have to learn to actively seek out things that make us happy. If not you will just be stuck in a cycle till you eventually burnout.

I can relate like crazy... I used to be a chronic gamer.

But I've not played game this year 😪

But I'm learning boundaries.

Before I would be on calls till like 4 in the morning.

But now... Any message sent past 5pm... Na till tomorrow morning.

Make boundaries for yourself is all I can advice you.

But you can ask Mr Man sha. Though brother doesn't make boundaries. I'm still teaching him.

But the traffic, the smells, the waking up early, shit takes a toll

E be like that sometimes

I just feel like if I enjoy something, I’ll find time to do it regardless.

But sometimes it requires that extra push of willingness
